PIPELINE SEARCH SOLUTIONS – A Career Services Firm
Why we do what we do: Pipeline Search Solutions LLC (PSS) exists to support and encourage people, career seekers and businesses as they continue to improve on their vision.
What we do: We do this by specializing in career and talent acquisition services.
How we do it:
For the Career Seeker: I would love to help you move from being a job seeker to a “career” seeker. I am available for career coaching, resume review, interview training and other things. Check out the podcast at: SEEKERcast.net
For Business: From contingency search, contract recruiting, acting as your sourcing specialist or helping you market your employer brand and career opportunities we offer a service that meets your needs when you need it. There are no Account Managers, Sales Reps or “Executive” Recruiters at PSS. When you partner with Pipeline Search Solutions LLC you are dealing directly with the owner who will work on your project.
Smart companies know how important it is to find the right person, one who will be the right fit and stay with their new company long-term. They also know that finding the right candidate takes time, time that can be spent tending to their business.
Recruitment Services: Contingency Search, Recruitment Advertising & Project based Contract Recruitment:
- Contract Recruiting: Available for short term or long term contract recruiting opportunities on an hourly basis.
- Sourcing Assistance: Available at an hourly rate for sourcing help based on your needs.
- Payment of the search fees are “contingent” on hiring a sourced candidate. Based on your requirements, PSS will conduct an in-depth search, but only receive payment when we produce results. Pipeline Search Solutions does not charge on total compensation. Our flat fee is determined by the mid-point of the salary range, not total cash compensation and never changes based on your hire-in salary. For example: Salary range: $150-$250K. Mid-point is: $200k; flat fee is based on $200k @ 20% of the established Salary range, and never changes regardless of your decision to offer a higher salary.
